Click here to visit the "Index" page! RSS Feed. Girl Meets Thoughts. Welcome to Girl Meets Thoughts! Hey guys! Back again. This wait has been WAY too long. Luckily we had a few events in between the finale and this premiere, as was expected. We had the release of the theme song…which I am still completely in awe of.

I cannot believe how well done that was. I literally talked about them doing this for the season two theme. Like I wanted them to recreate the theme song. And now they did. I hope you all enjoyed it too.

Now for the MVPs of the episode…can I say everyone? I legitimately mean everyone. I loved every part of this. This was like the perfect episode in my opinion. Everyone either had an amazing acting part or made me laugh or what have you. Michael Jacobs wrote this masterpiece and Joel Zwick directed. Just a round of applause for everyone. I loved the beginning so much. And I always love my callbacks. Then we have Farkle saying that since he found Smackle, he is beginning to believe that the world is not just random coincidence.

And that is echoed in this episode. Zay is once again providing great commentary for the episode. Credit to Ben Savage for directing that. I like how Riarkle and Lucaya seem to be matched up throughout the song. And we have some little tiny Corpanga moments in there. In Shallow Boy, Cory says that his kids are going to be taco crazy, and…well, it seems that came true.

And I loved the ending of that theme song. Except this time, Cory and Topanga are behind the rest of the kids, and they have Auggie between them…and I know I am just a little biased toward Corpanga…but to me, that is the perfect Corpanga moment and it makes me happy. We get a repeat of the line from Secret of Life about being as strong as a horse. I like seeing more of this side of Lucas, since he seemed to hide it so much in the last two seasons.

Ava still manages to be cute and funny, but has bad stuff going on at home. Then we go to the classroom, back at their first day of high school. Even though this scene was kind of serious, there were so many great one-liners. That is not why I got into this! Riley thinks there is a reason for the seniors doing what they did.

Lucas says they are just being bullies. I know that I tend to be more of an optimist, but why were the others so against what she had to say?

She should have talked to the seniors and tried to figure it out. And then he was the first to walk away. They did seem like they were nice in different moments. For example, they looked like they felt bad for the group at one point. Anyways, back to the story. I like how Cory was just staring off into space, probably thinking about how awful high school went for him while Topanga was working LOL.

I love seeing Cory giving out fatherly advice, because Ben is just so natural at it. They seem genuinely nice. Or to realize that the world can be scary and that they need to stick together. Whatever the reason, it must be important. And I believe the kids should learn from it. And then Farkle comes in. And it just kills me inside because why does that little girl deserve to grow up without a father? Maybe her dad will still visit her. One thing I am glad for is that Maya can help Ava with this.

Even though Maya and Ava have never really had much of a relationship, at least Ava has someone who knows how to help her.

After Maya has that talk with Ava, and tells her to stay by her best friend, she walks back to Riley, who is crying. And then it just ends.

So we have to wait like a week and a half to watch the next part. So how do you guys look at the episode? I told you that I side with Riley. I tend to look for the good and the lesson in life. But not everyone sees things the same, so what about you? Tell me! I want to hear other viewpoints on this. And I hope you are all as excited as I am about season three.

This episode was amazing and it was such a great start to the season. On that note…okay…I am sure you have all seen what Ben and Rider posted on Twitter in the last few weeks. The pictures. Of a certain place. From a certain time in Boy Meets World. A certain place called the Mount Sun Ski Lodge?

I legitimately started crying when I saw. If you know me, like at all, you know that I am the biggest Corpanga shipper, probably on the face of the planet. So, as you can probably imagine, I did not react well to this news.

It caused me physical pain. Deep breaths. All is well. Thank you for reading my review. I should hopefully cross your fingers have the review for Part Two out very soon. Thanks for making it all the way through this long-winded thing. Until next time. Stay awesome. Sorry this was put out late. Had a lot going on. Lots of packing and moving stuff. This was a pretty good episode, I have to say. I really enjoyed it. Also to Joel Zwick, the director- everything was SO well done.

Amazing job behind the scenes! And I absolutely loved the scenes at school with Rowan. So funny and so serious, back to back, and they were equally just as great. So this episode starts with Lucas, Riley, and Maya. I absolutely loved the whole reading-from-flashcards thing by Lucas. Peyton did really amazing with all his scenes. We see some major character growth for Cory.

I enjoyed seeing him grow a little bit. And then the goose.

The series centers around the life of Riley and her friends and family, particularly their school life, in which Cory is their history teacher. Riley shares a strong relationship with her best friend Maya Hart, who assists her in learning to cope with the social and personal issues of adolescence. Several Boy Meets World cast members reprise their roles in the series. In her bedroom, Riley Matthews and her best friend, Maya Hart, try to sneak out her window to ride the subway, but are stopped by Riley's parents, Cory and Topanga Matthews. Cory and Topanga give them the permission to ride the subway, but only if they make the world theirs, instead of their parents.

Running out of binge-worthy content? Fear not—Hulu just re-upped their streaming offerings with great new shows and movies.

It aired on August 26, to 1. Riley wakes to find her childhood teddy bear, Barry the Bear, missing and enlists the help of her family and friends to find him. Riley and Maya get ready for Paco's Tacos Tacopalooza. They get ready for the event the night before.

Riley asks Maya if she thinks anyone else gets as excited for tacos. Corey Matthews Ben Savage barges in wearing a shirt with a taco print and very excitedly tells Maya about how much tacos they plan to get. After a while, Maya will remind Riley not to let anyone or anything get in the way of her enjoying that much tacos. Riley agrees while saying that she does not want to end the day in the hospital. The morning after, Riley tells Maya that her teddy bear is nowhere to be seen and that they have to find him. Riley immediately calls a family emergency. Lucas Friar Peyton Meyer and Farkle Minkus Corey Forgelmanis come over wanting to go for tacos, but gets pulled over by Riley in her search for her stuffed toy.

I noticed Yeager writes Maya to be dumb. Did you notice? She's not Season 7 Eric dumb, but definitely not smart at all. Though in both of her scripts, it's Maya who figures out the lesson.
